Ingredients

  • 2 spring onions, charred and finely diced
  • 2 T chives, chopped
  • 3 T plain yoghurt
  • 1 T sour cream
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients and season to taste. Serve with crudités or charred vegetables.
