- 1 packet ready snoek fishcakes
- 1 cucumber, peeled into ribbons
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- Cos lettuce, washed
- Sweet chilli sauce
Wrap individual fishcakes and avo with lettuce leaves or cucumber ribbons. Secure with a wooden skewer. Add a dollop of chilli sauce or serve the chilli sauce as a dip.
