- 6 pork sausages
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 2 T ginger, grated
- 2 T olive oil
- 4 T sweet chilli sauce
- 4 T soya sauce
Combine the stuffing from 6 pork sausages with 3 chopped spring onions and 2 T grated ginger.
Roll into small meatballs and fry in 2 T olive oil until browned.
Toss with 4 T sweet chilli sauce and 2 T soya sauce.
Serve with cooked glass noodles.
