  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 2 star anise
  • Cinnamon, dusted
  • 2-3 cups milk
  • 1-2 tots brandy or amarula
  • Nestle caramel treat

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, suspended over a saucepan of water on a medium to low heat, melt the dark chocolate. Pour into a clean saucepan over a low heat and add anise and a dusting of cinnamon.

Slowly add milk and brandy or Amarula, if desired. Spoon a dollop of Nestle Caramel Treat into four glasses and top up with the hot chocolate
