  • 250 g pork mince
  • Fresh ginger
  • 1 chopped chilli
  • Chopped coriander
  • Wonton wrappers
  • Miso broth

Cooking Instructions

Blend pork mince with a knob of grated fresh ginger, chopped chilli and a handful of chopped coriander.

Season, then spoon into the middle of readymade wonton wrappers.

Gently simmer the parcels in miso broth for 5–8 minutes, or until soft but still firm.

Cook's note: you can buy miso paste from Asian stores and use it to make miso broth. Read more about miso.  Similarly, wonton wrappers can be bought from Chinese stores.
