- 250 g pork mince
- Fresh ginger
- 1 chopped chilli
- Chopped coriander
- Wonton wrappers
- Miso broth
Blend pork mince with a knob of grated fresh ginger, chopped chilli and a handful of chopped coriander.
Season, then spoon into the middle of readymade wonton wrappers.
Gently simmer the parcels in miso broth for 5–8 minutes, or until soft but still firm.
