  • 4 potatoes, mashed
  • 1 free-range egg
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • Sweet chilli prawns, for serving
  • Radish, sliced
  • Woolworths’ coriander-and-lime pesto, for serving

Cooking Instructions

Mix 4 mashed potatoes, 1 free-range egg, 50 g flour, 1 clove crushed garlic, 2 sliced spring onions and season to taste.

Shape into rounds and pan-fry until golden brown.

Serve with sweet chilli prawns, sliced radish and Woolworths’ coriander-and-lime pesto.
