Ingredients

Method
  • ½ pumpkin
  • 4 golden beetroot
  • Hummus
  • Baby carrots
  • Radishes
  • Vine tomatoes

Slice ½ small pumpkin into wedges and roast with 4 golden beetroot for 30 minutes at 200 deg C. Serve with hummus, baby carrots, radishes and vine tomatoes.
