  • 1 Woolworth's Easy-to-cook Springbok shank
  • 4 large potatoes, boiled until soft
  • a small handful chopped parsley

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C°. Remove the shanks from the packaging and heat through in an oven proof dish until sticky.

Mash the potatoes with a knob of butter and a splash of warm milk until silky smooth, season to taste and serve hot with sticky springbok shanks and chopped flat leaf parsley.
