- 4 free-range skinless chicken breasts
- Woolworths’ Cape Malay cook-in sauce
- 1 packet Woolworths’ cauliflower, broccoli and kale rice
- 2 T butter
- Cucumber, for serving
- Sesame seed, toasted, for serving
Cut the chicken breasts into thirds. Place in a bowl with Woolworths’ Durban or Cape Malay cook-in sauce and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Thread the chicken onto skewers and bake in the sauce in an ovenproof dish at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked and the sauce is sticky.
Pan-fry Woolworths’ cauliflower, broccoli and kale rice in butter for 2–3 minutes, or until just cooked and vibrant in colour, then season to taste.
Serve hot with the chicken kebabs, cucumber and toasted sesame seeds. Serves 4
