Ingredients

  • 450 g Woolworths freshly frozen hake medallions, thawed
  • 1 kg Woolworths frozen oven bake potato chips
  • 350 g green beans, sliced
  • 350 g baby marrows 
  • 230 g Tenderstem® broccoli
  • 2 T canola oil
  • 10 g poké seasoning
  • For the glaze, whisk:
  • 2 T Asian everything soya sauce
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 T miso paste
  • 1 T ginger, grated
  • a squeeze lime juice

Cooking Instructions

1. Place the hake and chips on a lined baking tray. Brush half the glaze onto the fish. Bake for 15 minutes at 200ºC. Turn the oven to grill, brush the remaining glaze onto the fish and grill for 5 minutes or until sticky and caramelised. Cook the chips a little longer if needed.

2. Meanwhile, toss the beans, marrows and broccoli in the oil and sauté until just cooked through and still crunchy.

3. Season the chips and vegetables with the poké seasoning and serve with the glazed hake.
