Ingredients

  • 2 kg pork ribs
  • Ready-made barbecue sauce
  • 1 knob grated ginger
  • 2 chopped chillies
  • 1/3 cup rice-wine vinegar
  • 2 T light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cabbage

Cooking Instructions

Marinate pork ribs for at least 1 hour in ready-made barbecue sauce then arrange on a baking tray, reserving the marinade.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Roast for 30 to 40 minutes, basting frequently with the reserved marinade, until tender and sticky.

Mix a knob grated ginger with chopped chillies, rice-wine vinegar and light brown sugar.

Finely slice cabbage, drizzle over the dressing and serve topped with the sticky ribs.
