Ingredients

Method
  • 4 x 200 g portions free-range pork fillet
  • 1/3 cup soya sauce
  • 3 T oyster sauce
  • 3 T honey
  • 1 T olive oil
  • Baby spinach
  • Sticky rice

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Marinate (for at least 30 minutes) portions free-range pork fillet in soya sauce, oyster sauce,  honey and olive oil.

Heat olive oil in a pan over a high heat. Add the pork fillets and sear for a minute or so on each side. Remove from the heat and place on a baking tray with the remaining marinade.

Finish in the oven for 5 minutes, until tender but cooked through. Serve with lemony wilted baby spinach and sticky rice.
