- 900 g classic Christmas pudding
- 1 litre brandy custard
- preserved peaches
- icing sugar
- 1 Stollen
- dark chocolates
Microwave the Christmas pudding until warm.
Smother with 1 litre brandy custard, top with preserved peaches and dust with icing sugar.
Serve with slices of Stollen and an assortment of dark chocolates.
To make the brandy custard: add 60 ml of brandy to every 2 cups of custard, or use 1 t brandy essence..
