- 4 Woolworths large Everyday potatoes, washed
- 3 T olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 x 900 g pack Woolworths sundried tomato chicken espetadas
- 1 x 400 ml sachet Woolworths cheese sauce over the potatoes
- 350 g Woolworths Bella tomatoes
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Prick Woolworths large Everyday potatoes with a fork, then microwave for 8 minutes.
3. Cut into wedges and place on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, add garlic and season to taste.
4. Add Woolworths sundried tomato chicken espetadas and roast for 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
5. Pour Woolworths cheese sauce over the potatoes and add halved Woolworths Bella tomatoes for the last 15 minutes.
