Ingredients

  • 2 x 300 g bags Woolworths Asian inspired fully cooked rice
  • 1 T rice vinegar
  • 6 sheets Woolworths nori
  • 250 g tub smooth cream cheese
  • 2 x 110 g cans Woolworths grilled salmon steaks with olive oil, drained
  • 2 T Woolworths Asian sweet chilli sauce, to serve
  • Woolworths Asian sliced ginger, to serve
  • ripe avocado, to serve
  • Woolworths Szechuan chilli oil, to serve
  • micro herbs, to serve
  • sesame seeds, to serve

Cooking Instructions

1. Tear open the rice pouch and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds.

2. Place rice into a large bowl and fold in Woolworth rice vinegar until rice is well coated.

3. Cover the rice and allow it to steam until it has cooled for approximately 5 minutes.

4. Spread over the base of a baking dish to form one even layer. Top with a double layer of nori sheets.

5. Combine cream cheese with salmon steak, spring onion and sweet chilli sauce. Spread over the nori and bake at 200ºC for 10-15 minutes until golden.

6. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes. Top with pickled ginger, ripe avocado, Szechuan chilli oil, micro herbs, and sesame seeds.
