Ingredients

  • 1 cup Woolworths Cake Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Woolworths Mediterranean Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Woolworths Non-irradiated Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Woolworths Full Cream Long Life Milk
  • 1 medium sized Woolworths Fresh Sweet Pineapple
  • Woolworths Fresh Thyme
  • 2 Woolworths Large Brown Mushrooms
  • 1 Fresh Green Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Woolworths Fresh Creamy Gouda Cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Woolworths Tangy Mayonnaise
  • 2 Cloves Woolworths Fresh Organic Garlic

Cooking Instructions

Cooking Instructions:
Thin-Crust Pizza Base:
Sift the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, black pepper, sugar and salt in a deep bowl.
Add the milk (room temperature warm),and olive oil to the dry ingredients.
Combine to form a dough. Knead relatively well into a soft pliable dough and allow to rest in a covered metal bowl at room temperature for about an hour. After an hour knead dough a little further and press into a round pizza baking tray.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees celsius for approximately 8-10 minutes.

Toppings:
Mayonnaise
Crushed garlic
Chopped pineapple
Thinly sliced brown mushrooms
Finely chopped green pepper
Fresh Thyme
Black Pepper
Sea Salt
Cayenne Pepper
Creamy Gouda Cheese

Brush mayonnaise and crushed garlic directly unto the semi-baked pizza crust.
Then layer simultaneously with sweet pineapple, mushrooms, green peppers, and fresh thyme.
Add salt and black pepper according to taste. Now layer a generous amount of cheese. (*I personally opt for the Woolworths Creamy Gouda Cheese). Lastly, sprinkle cayenne pepper on top of the cheese layer.

Bake for a further 10 minutes until the crust is fully cooked and the cheese melted.
Slice using a pizza wheel cutter and serve hot.
Completely moreish!
