- 200g bacon
- 1 T olive oil
- 80 g Swiss chard, chopped
- 10 free-range eggs
- 200 g crumbled feta
Fry 200 g chopped bacon in 1 T olive oil in a cast-iron pan for 2 minutes.
Add 80 g chopped Swiss chard and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Whisk together 10 free-range eggs and 200 g crumbled feta and pour into the pan.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees until set.
