Sure, you could stick to beer and lemonade, but why wouldn’t you raise the bar?


  • beer
  • lemon soda
  • 43 ml (1 shot) vodka, optional
  • ginger cordial to taste, optional

Cooking Instructions

1. Combine equal parts lager and quality lemon soda, as cold as the Arctic. Try Jack Black Brewers Lager and San Pellegrino lemon soda (grapefruit also works).

2. Enjoy the sight of all that beautiful foam, and garnish with a lemon slice. If you want a little more kick, add half a shot of vodka. And if you like your drinks sweeter, add a splash of ginger cordial and our work here is done.
