- 8 slices Woolworths bakery ciabatta
- olive oil, for drizzling
- truffle oil, for drizzling
- 2 slices Woolworths Boerenkaas
Toast slices of Woolworths bakery ciabatta in a little olive oil until golden brown on both sides. Add a few drops of truffle oil onto each slice, then top generously with 2 slices Woolworths Boerenkaas and season to taste. Bake under a very hot grill until slightly bubbling and lightly browned. Serve immediately.
Cook's note: If you prefer, use Woolworths jalapeño atchar instead of truffle oil. Spread a teaspoonful onto the toast before adding the cheese and grilling.
