Ingredients

Method
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup castor sugar

1. Preheat oven to 180 °C. Grease a baking tray.

2. Put the peanut butter, egg and castor sugar in a bowl and mix until well combined.

3. Roll into small balls of equal size. Lay out on baking tray with enough space between each for a bit of spreading. Press the top of each ball with the back of a fork to flatten it slightly.

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

5. Remove from oven and leave to cool for a few minutes before transferring to cooling rack. Leave to cool completely.

Cook's note: Add ½ cup (125 ml) oats to make the biscuits extra crunchy and nutritious.
