Ingredients

Method
  • 1 x 349 g carton silken tofu
  • 200 g dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 T water
  • a dash of vanilla extract
  • 2 T maple syrup
  • strawberries, for serving
  • mint, for serving

1 Blend the tofu until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and combined.

2 Serve as is or divide into 4 ramekins and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm. Top with strawberries and mint and serve.
