Torn salad with prosciutto and mozzarella

Ingredients

Method
  • 1 head Woolworths Crunchita lettuce
  • 150 g Woolworths fior di latte mozzarella, torn
  • 70 g prosciutto crudo, torn
  • Woolworths olive oil breadsticks, for serving
  • For the dressing, mix:
  • 2 T  lemon juice
  • 1 t Dijon mustard
  • 1 T thick mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  •  honey, to taste
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Tear the lettuce apart. Toss with two-thirds of the dressing, then turn out onto a platter. Add the torn cheese and prosciutto. Drizzle with the remaining dressing and season to taste. Serve with the breadsticks.
