- 1 x 350 g lightly smoked trout fillet
- 200 g strawberries
- 200 g exotic tomatoes, halved
- 4 T ponzu sauce
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 x 2 cm piece of ginger, finely chopped
- 1 T honey
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- Microgreens, to garnish
Slice 1 x 350 g lightly smoked trout fillet into bite-sized cubes.
Place in a dish with 200 g strawberries and 200 g halved exotic tomatoes. Mix 4 T ponzu sauce, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 1 x 2 cm piece of ginger, finely chopped, 1 T honey and 1 finely chopped red chilli.
Drizzle over the salad and garnish with microgreens and baby green tomatoes.
