  • 1 Woolworths Tuscan rub chicken roast with a butter brine-based blend
  • 500 g Woolworths frozen mashed potatoes
  • 100 g butter
  • 10 g sage leaves
  • oregano salt, to season

Cooking Instructions

1. Follow the cooking instructions for the Tuscan chicken.

2. Add the butter to the pan for 2–3 minutes of cooking. Cook until the butter is melted and bubbling. Add fresh sage and cook until the sage is crisp and the butter is dark golden brown.

3. Serve with a side of cream mashed potato, burnt sage butter, and a seasoning of oregano salt.
