- ½ cup risotto rice
- ½ cup caster sugar
- 2 vanilla pods
- Salt, a pinch
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup cream
- Dark chocolate, sliced
- Granadilla pulp
Place ½ cup arborio rice, ½ cup caster sugar, the seeds of 2 vanilla pods, a pinch of salt, 2 cups milk and 1 cup cream in a saucepan.
Simmer gently, stirring continually until the rice is tender.
Add a little more cream to loosen if necessary.
Serve with finely sliced dark chocolate and granadilla pulp.
