- 1 Wineland Camembert in wooden container
- 1 fresh fig leaf, washed and dried
- Olive oil
- 1/2 cup pistachio nuts, shelled
Preheat the oven to 120°C.
Remove the cheese from the container, and remove paper.
Smear fig leaf with olive oil, and place the cheese on the leaf. Top with pistachio nuts.
Place back into container and bake for 10 – 15 mins, allowing cheese to warm.
Remove the cheese and fig leaf from the box and place on serving platter, or serve the cheese from the container.
Enjoy with cheese straws and Melon Preserve.
