Ingredients

Method
  • 500 g hot steamed baby potatoes
  • 1/4 cup verjuice
  • 3 tablespoons good olive oil
  • 1 sachet sorrel leaves
  • Sea salt and milled black pepper, to taste

Mix potatoes with the rest of the ingredients and serve as a side to grilled fish or steaks..
