Ingredients
- 2 Weet-Bix (Weetabix), crushed
- 2 Eggs, large, beaten
- 87 grams Double cream yogurt
- 2 teaspoons spices to taste
- 88 grams Ham/cooked bacon/viennas, cubed
- 6 Cheese, sliced
Cooking Instructions
- preheat oven to 180
- mix everything together, except cheese
- spoon into 6 muffin cases – top with slice of cheese
- bake for 25 mins and cool for 10 minutes before eating
Preheat oven to 180 oC. Line (or grease) 6 muffin pan. Mix the Weet-bix (Weetabix), eggs, yogurt, spices and ham/bacon/viennas together. Spoon into the muffin holes. Top each with slice of cheese. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove and enjoy.
