Wheat Semolina Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Semolina
- 3/4 Cup Warm Water
- Pinch of Salt
Cooking Instructions
1-Add the Wheat Semolina on a baking sheet pan and make a well.
2-Add the water in the well and mix it till its a dough consistency.
3-Knead the dough for a few minutes.
4-Cling wrap for 30 minutes and leave it in the fridge.
5-Take out the pasta dough from the fridge and roll it on a floured surface. Divide the dough in equal portions.
6-Roll the dough in the pasta machine.
7- attach the pasta machine attachment of your choice.
The Pasta Machine
1-Divide dough in equal portions.
2- Set the pasta machine to the highest setting and as you roll the dough, reduce it to the lowest setting.
Tip: You can boil the pasta immediately for 5 minutes on medium heat or let it dry. I usually boil the pasta after rolling it out in the pasta machine.
