White-chocolate clotted cream with berries and early figs

Ingredients

Method
  • 200 g white organic chocolate
  • 2 T water
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 2 cups double cream
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 200 g blueberries
  • 8 fresh figs, halved

Using a double boiler, gently melt the chocolate and water. Remove and set aside to cool.

Combine the melted chocolate and crème fraîche then lightly fold in the double cream. Spoon into a 1.5-litre jar.

Place the fruit in another 1.5-litre jar and decorate with a ribbon or gift card.
