- 400 g good-quality white chocolate
- 1 cup cream
- Fresh cherries for serving
- Pomegranate rubies for serving

Melt the chocolate and allow to cool without setting.
Using a hand-held beater, beat in the cream until fluffy. Pour into a glasses and chill until set.
Serve with fresh halved cherries and pomegranate rubies.
