White chocolate mousse with fresh cherries

Ingredients

Method
  • 400 g good-quality white chocolate
  • 1 cup cream
  • Fresh cherries for serving
  • Pomegranate rubies for serving

Melt the chocolate and allow to cool without setting.

Using a hand-held beater, beat in the cream until fluffy. Pour into a glasses and chill until set.

Serve with fresh halved cherries and pomegranate rubies.
