Cook Woolies’ free-range braai giant chicken espetada over low coals for 30 minutes, turning often. Place the free-range braai Cape Malay-marinated chicken kebabs over low coals and cook for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with a dressing made with Woolies’ double-cream plain yoghurt, snipped chives, chopped parsley and olive oil, and plenty of seeded bread to mop up the juices.
