Gluten-free schnitzels are back!

Juicy, tender fillets of chicken in crispy, golden-brown crumbs. Is there any better middle-of-the-week supper saviour than Woolies’ chicken schnitzels?


And, if you’re gluten-intolerant and have been missing your fix on shelf, fear not: they’re back! Made with a rice-and- chickpea flour coating, they’re available in gluten-free chicken schnitzels and steaklets. Simply bake in the oven until crispy, then tuck in.

Gluten-free schnitzels

Cook Woolies’ gluten-free schnitzels according to package instructions. Serve with a herb butter made by blending butter with Woolies’ ready-prepared lemongrass, chilli and garlic mix and a fresh coleslaw made with sliced baby cabbage, radish, endive and nectarines dressed with a vinaigrette.
