Melt a knob of butter in a nonstick pan over a medium heat and pan-fry Woolies’ standard halloumi burgers for 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Squeeze over the juice of 1⁄2 lime.
In a hot griddle pan over a high heat, cook the halloumi bites for 2 minutes on each side, or until golden and charred. Serve on toasted ciabatta rolls with wild rocket, pickled onions, cucumber ribbons and guacamole.
