There’s something fishy on the braai … and we are so on board with that. The Woolies range of seafood options specially prepped for the grill is going to make your next seafood braai a slam dunk.

Broaden your braai repertoire this month by throwing something fishy on the grill – why not try a fish braai? Woolworths has a delicious range of whole fish and portions prepped especially for the braai.

All sustainably sourced, the range includes new lightly smoked whole tilapia, bone-in apricot snoek, whole stuffed trout (with a fantastic lemon, garlic and parsley butter stuffing), lightly smoked snoek and lemon-and-herb angelfish fillets. Just throw them on the grill, toss together a light salad and off you go. What could be simpler?

RECIPE SUGGESTION:
Cook the tilapia according to package instructions. Serve with a tangy butter lettuce-and-caper salad. Roughly crush 3 T capers with 1 T crushed garlic and a pinch of Maldon salt in a mortar and pestle. Add 3 T olive oil and the juice and zest of 1 lemon. Tear up 2 heads of butter lettuce and toss with the dressing. Serve with fresh lemon wedges.

Shop the seafood range at Woolworths.
