SERVING SUGGESTION:
Prepare the drumsticks according to package instructions. For a quick kimchi, smash together 1 T crushed ginger, 1 T crushed garlic and 2 finely chopped spring onions. Mix with 1 T fish sauce, 2 T sriracha sauce and 1 t rice wine vinegar. Slice baby cabbage thinly and dress with the kimchi. Serve the chicken on toasted slider rolls with a dollop of mayonnaise and kimchi, Woolworths skinny fries and a squeeze of sriracha.
