5 sriracha recipes to spice up your summer menu

Sriracha (see-rah-cha) sauce strikes the perfect balance between fiery, tangy and sweet. Here are five Asian street food-inspired recipes starring sriracha.

SRIRACHA LOVES… dips, slaws, eggs, bacon sandwiches, fish, stirfried veggies, meat glazes, tacos, pasta bakes and butter. Also think sriracha salt, popcorn, blinis, waffles and hot chips, BBQ sauce and drinks. And how about a sriracha bloody Mary?

 

Prawn-and-cabbage okonomiyaki

Okonomiyaki (o-ko-no-mi-yaki) are delicious Japanese pancakes made with egg and cabbage mixed with various savoury ingredients. Abi’s version features prawns and a generous squeeze of sriracha. Add a fried or poached egg and you have your next best brunch.
