These are so good you wouldn’t be blamed for having more than you should. Crunchy sesame pretzel rings and flaky salt add an edge to this earth-shatteringly crunchy cluster.

Ingredients

Method
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g Woolworths salt and sesame pretzel thins
  • 50 g hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 100 g Woolworths Chuckles malted puffs
  • 1 T sea salt flakes

1. Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Melt the chocolate in a double-boiler, stirring occasionally. Once the chocolate is smooth and has melted completely, remove it from the heat and stir in the pretzels, hazelnuts and Chuckles.

3. Spoon the mixture into clusters and top each cluster with a sprinkle of salt. Allow to cool until the chocolate is set – room temperature is fine, although refrigeration might speed up the process. Eat immediately!
