For some, a festive spread isn’t complete without mouthwatering glazed gammon. Others love to go all out with tender pork belly with crispy crackling or may prefer to keep it simple with corned beef. But why settle on one main when you can have them all? Bring the family together with Woolworths’ festive trio of flavoured meat cuts – succulent beech-smoked gammon, juicy corned beef and black pepper smoked pork belly.
1. Cook the corned beef according to package instructions. Serve hot or cold with ripe halved peaches pan-fried in honey and a squeeze of lemon juice.
2. Cook the peppered pork belly according to package instructions. Cube or slice and serve with sliced Granny Smith apples, sliced celery, celery leaves, lime juice, apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
3. Cook the gammon according to package instructions. Quickly pan-fry blueberries in a little honey with a squeeze of lemon juice. Fry kale in hot oil. Drain on kitchen paper and serve the sliced gammon with the burst blueberry glaze and kale.
