Ingredients
Method- ¼ shallot, chopped
- ½ cucumber chopped
- 1 medium-sized tomato, chopped
- a handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 small chilli, chopped
- 2 t korma paste
- 100 g peanuts, for sprinkling
Method
IngredientsCombine the shallot, cucumber, tomato, coriander and chilli.
Stir through the korma paste then drizzle with the lemon juice and sprinkle with the peanuts.
Serve with the drinks as a snack.
