Serving suggestion: Make an Amarula Vanilla Spice panna cotta by combining 1⁄2 cup Amarula Vanilla Spice, 11⁄2 cups cream, 50 g sugar and 1 t vanilla extract in a small saucepan over a medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Mix 7 g gelatine into 1⁄4 cup water or milk and stir until completely dissolved. Whisk into the warm Amarula mixture. Divide between 4 moulds and chill for at least 4 hours until set. Unmould and serve with a generous drizzle of Amarula Vanilla Spice and honeycomb shards.
