Ingredients
Method- 3 extra-large eggs
- 150 g flour
- 300 ml milk
- Pinch salt
- 180 ml Westfalia Plain Avocado Oil
Method
IngredientsPreheat oven to highest setting.
Whisk eggs, flour, milk and salt together in a bowl. Pour into a jug and leave to sit for 30 minutes before using.
Place a 12-cup muffin tray in the oven for 5 minutes.
Pour 1 Tbsp avocado oil into each muffin cup and return to the oven for another 5 minutes before dividing batter equally between cups.
Bake for 15–20 minutes without opening the oven door or until cooked through, puffed and golden.
Cooks Tip: Add a cooked mini sausage to each cup, top with batter and cook as instructed until cooked through, puffed and golden.
