5 quick grilled meals to make this week

3 TIPS FOR USING A GRIDDLE PAN:
- Preheat the pan. Get the pan nice and hot (but not smoking hot) before you start cooking.
- Oil it. To prevent food from sticking to the pan, wipe the pan with a piece of kitchen paper dipped in oil.
- Check the heat with a splash of water. Drip a little water into the pan. If it evaporates quickly, it’s good to go.
