How to make a merry margarita – as told by David Higgs

What’s the silly season without a little indulgence? It’s time to kick back and relax… all you need to busy your hands with is this festive cocktail recipe.

In a shaker with ice, add 1 ½ shots of tequila, ½ shot Grand Marnier, 1 ½ shots cranberry juice, ½ shot lime juice, shake and pour into glasses with salted rims. Garnish with a chiffonade of mint and fresh lime zest. We’ll drink to that!
