1. Mix the castor sugar, cinnamon and ClemenGold®️ zest. Dip the rims of 2 coupe glasses into the honey, then into the sugar mixture. Set aside.
2. Muddle the apple and rosemary together until fragrant and juicy, then divide the mixture between the glasses.
3. Top with Woolworths apple flavoured rooibos iced tea and ice.
Cook's note: Freeze edible flowers and water in ice trays to create “fancy ice” for added pizzazz.
