As temperatures soar, you’re probably in need of a regular ice-lolly fix. The solution? A freezer full of refreshing frozen yoghurt snacks that are as easy to make as they are to eat. Add your favourite low-fat yoghurt to ice-lolly moulds, along with slices of fresh, seasonal fruit or a sprinkling of baked granola for a guilt-free treat that’ll cool you down and pick you up. For those days when you just have to indulge a little – fill the moulds with one or more flavoured double-cream yoghurts for the ultimate summertime dessert. Go on. Treat yo-self.
