1 wheel of cheese, 3 ways

It could be a starter, it could be dessert… a whole ripe Camembert can be anything you want it to be, as long as you take it out of the fridge a few hours before serving

The cheese: baked camembert

Prepare Woolworths' Ready to Bake Camembert according to package instructions and serve with fresh thyme, a drizzle of honey and crackers or chunks of warm ciabatta - or follow one of the recipes below.

ROAST GRAPES

STICKY SATSUMAS

Peel and halve 4 satsumas, then place in a pan, cut-side down, with 50 g butter and 30 g brown sugar. Caramelise over a medium heat for 5 minutes, then serve warm with the pan juices over ripe Camembert. Sprinkle with finely chopped pistachios.
