Add some olive oil, parsley and seasoning and spread on toast, blend and serve as a dip for crackers or crudités, or simply devour straight from the bowl. Looking for a light pasta dish that you can throw together in less than 10 minutes? Toss together spiralised baby marrow, tuna, pesto and pan-fried tomatoes… voilá, dinner is served.
