Breakfast getting a little boring? Start your day on the right foot with a power scramble – egg whites, tuna and avo – that’s low on effort but high on taste and goodness. What about a new take on the classic tuna mayo? All you need is a dollop of double-cream yoghurt, a can of butter beans (another pantry essential) and a can of tuna. Add some olive oil, parsley and seasoning and spread on toast, blend and serve as a dip for crackers or crudités, or simply devour straight from the bowl. Looking for a light pasta dish that you can throw together in less than 10 minutes? Toss together spiralised baby marrow, tuna, pesto and pan-fried tomatoes… voilá, dinner is served.
