Ingredients
Method- 180 g butter
- 50 g icing sugar
- 175 g flour
- 1 T custard powder
Method
IngredientsCream the butter and icing sugar, then sift in the remaining ingredients.
Either pipe the mixture onto a greased baking tray or roll into balls and flatten slightly using a fork.
Bake at 160°C for 15 minutes.
Delicious quick and easy. Kids had loads of fun helping me make them.
