  • 180 g butter
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 175 g flour
  • 1 T custard powder

Cream the butter and icing sugar, then sift in the remaining ingredients.

Either pipe the mixture onto a greased baking tray or roll into balls and flatten slightly using a fork.

Bake at 160°C for 15 minutes.
